How long does production take?

Orders that come in with all of the information needed to complete the order will be produced and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Those that do not have all of the information will need more time while I confirm that information.

Sizing Instructions for a child you can measure a current tee

The best suggestion I can make on picking a size is to take one of the standard tees your child has now that fits them the way you would like this to fit and lay it flat. Then measure from the highest point of the collar to the hem. That is the length measurement. Then measure the chest from arm pit to arm pit across the front and that is the width measurement. Then check the size chart in the listing, see which one of my tees is closest to that size without being smaller in either direction. Then for Infant or Toddler tees sizes 6 months to 7 go one size up from there. The Infant and Toddler tees are not pre-shrunk so they will shrink about 1/2" after you wash it.

Sizing Instructions for a gift of a tee

If this item is for a gift and you do not know the dimensions for the child's tee here's a great trick that always seems to help. Take the age of the child (if between the ages of 1 and 16) then add 2 to that number and that's the size you should order for them. Children grow quickly and if the item is baggy it's much better than being too small. If ordering a Youth size order the size that is the age of that child.

They do run a little small so please order one size larger than you think you need by weight of the child and not by age. Also please if the item is to be worn in the future, babies grow about 1-2 pounds per month. So please remember to add that to your weight.

Are Proofs included?

Proofs are not included in the production time of my items. Proofs do take a lot of extra time and slow down the production of those orders. If you would like a proof of your item please contact me for details on how to obtain that before purchasing your item.

How long does shipping take?

For items delivered within the U.S. -
Once the item is shipped...
Standard mail is typically 2-5 business days.
Priority mail is typically 2-3 business days.
Express mail is typically 1-3 business days.

If you are not in the US the only option is First Class International mail so it depends on which country you are in how long delivery will take. But most international packages take between 7 -20 business days once the item has been shipped.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do your sizes run?

I am getting some reports that some of my items run small in comparison to other brands. It's hard to say if a brand runs small or not when there is no uniform sizing for clothing. The best advice I can give is to follow the instructions for measuring your child's current size tees and make your decision based on those measurements not on the size written on the tag. Always err on the side of a little too big with kids clothing and order one size larger than you think you might need based on the dimensions of a standard tee they wear now to allow for shrinkage as they are 100% cotton. Kids clothing doesn't differ by much from one size to the next, most times it's just an inch or so. Bigger is always better. :-)

 Returns and Exchanges

Because a lot of our items are time sensitive, our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered.

The following cannot be returned. Any custom designed items, any items for a particular holiday or event that has already passed, and any personalized or customized items. This includes but is not limited to items with names, dates, and or specific changes for your particular order, i.e. color changes, etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or have an error in printing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, same design in the same size, send us an email at the contact page and send your item to: PO Box 691405 Orlando Florida US 32869.

If the item is too small or doesn't otherwise fit, I will exchange for a bigger size of the same design if the following are met.

The items must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
They must be postmarked within 7 days of the date of delivery.
The original invoice must accompany the item along with a note of what size is needed.
Include a Self Addressed Stamped envelope with tracking for me to ship the reprinted item to you.
Include a $5.00 reprint fee for each item.

I do supply size charts and sizing instructions for all of my items that fit the guidelines of the individual manufacturers of those products. They are extremely helpful in deciding the size you need for your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
