Dining at Disney — Eating at Disney World

Recently we dined at the Grand Floridian Cafe. This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Grand Floridian hotel near the back entrance. If you've never been inside this hotel, you really should visit it. It's a spectacular hotel both inside and out. The Fresh flowers placed in the lobby always amaze me. On this particular day the hotels were exhibiting their chocolate creations. We noticed two of them, one was inside the waiting area of 1900 Park Fare, which is a character dining experience also on the first floor of the hotel. And yes this is 100%...

Today we talk about one of our favorite restaurants located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's Jiko, The cooking place. Jiko is a Fine/Signature Dining restaurant at Animal Kingdom with a seasonally changing blend of African, Indian and Mediterranean cuisines.  Today's post is short and sweet, pun intended. We recently visited the Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream kiosk at Disney Springs West Side. This location use to be in the larger building, but moved to a stand alone kiosk just a little bit east of the old location. We actually had to get out our My Disney App to find it as it's pretty well hidden now but near the YeSake, Jeoffrey's and Wetzel's Pretzels Kiosks now.  One of our favorite little shops in Disney Springs is The Ganachery.  It's a little shop that specializes in handmade chocolates. What's not to love about that? You can stop and watch the chocolatiers making the chocolates behind there window. You'll find all sorts of fun items in the store. These are little pearl beads of flavored chocolates. If you remember in my review of AritsoCrepes they use the caramel ones on the Salted Caramel Bubble Waffle.  They had the cutest little Minnie inspired chocolate covered marshmallows.
