The Ganachery review - Disney Springs - Walt Disney World - June 4, 2019

 One of our favorite little shops in Disney Springs is The Ganachery. 

It's a little shop that specializes in handmade chocolates. What's not to love about that? You can stop and watch the chocolatiers making the chocolates behind there window.

You'll find all sorts of fun items in the store. These are little pearl beads of flavored chocolates. If you remember in my review of AritsoCrepes they use the caramel ones on the Salted Caramel Bubble Waffle. 

They had the cutest little Minnie inspired chocolate covered marshmallows.

They even have some souvenirs for Chocolate lovers.

And rows and rows of freshly made chocolates.

All waiting to go into the holding cooler.

For their eventual debut in the selection case, where you get to pick which ones you would like to purchase.

Outside the shop on this day they were advertising a returning popular item their house made S'mores.

Here's the price list for this visit. There are a total of 16 flavors available.

The last time we were there the flavors were different than this time.

This is the current selection. So you will see there are some changes.

We chose to purchase the box of 16. So that we could try them all.

They packaged them so nicely in a pretty box inside a pretty bag.

But wait, we are in Florida and it's almost June. How do you get them back to your room or home without them being a melted mess. Well, one thing I didn't realize is that they will pack them with an ice pack if you will be walking around or spending any time in the heat. Isn't that cool? Pun intended. The ice pack is wrapped neatly in some of their beautiful blue tissue paper to keep it from getting any condensation on the pretty chocolate box.

This is what it looks like when unwrapped. It was still solidly frozen when we arrived home.

As always these are wonderful chocolates, made with the finest ingredients. We've always enjoyed them and continue to. So if you are looking for a great gift for someone back home, The Ganachery will make them smile for sure.
