So this year I did a food sensitivity test. I had been feeling not 100% but not feeling like it was anything medical and knew certain foods made me feel worse. But couldn’t pin down which ingredient in those foods was the culprit. So I decided to get the food sensitivity test to start with my search on what was bothering me.
