*UPDATE* The Orlando Sentinel has reported that Bongo's Cuban Cafe at Disney Springs will be closing in August of 2019. I'm so sad to hear this as it's is one of our favorite places. But if you wanted to go please do so before August of this year. ---------------------------- Today we are going to review Bongos we were just here last Sunday again. March 29, 2019 Spoodles This restaurant is a blast from the past, a memory that deserves to be immortalized. After eating at Disney world for the last 48 years (since opening 1971) I have a lot of memories of Restaurants come and gone. Spoodles is remembered with fond memories. March 28, 2019 In March of 2019 José Andrés opened two new restaurants at Disney Springs West Side, Jaleo and Pepe. One a sit down restaurant and the other a walk up quick service location. Both are located in the same place across from Splitsville Bowling.  Some background about the building, it use to house three restaurants by Wolfgang Puck. Puck Express, Wolfgang Puck Cafe, and Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe (which was located on the second floor).
